Under Mr. Arnold the firm developed a broad Union base. A prominent public figure, Mr. Arnold went on to serve as a Labor member of Victorian Parliament between 1982 and 1988 and was a Judge and Deputy President of the Accident Compensation Tribunal in Victoria between 1990 and 1992.</p>
