Make your appointment to come in and join our Sexy Corset Club that entitles you to your own corset, ab wrap, monthly teeth whitening and unlimited vibration workouts to help you improve your posture and your shape using real food nutrition, exercise, and massage (compression and lymphatic massage especially) to improve the elasticity of the skin while you reshape your body from the inside out. We are available by appointment only during weekday hours of 9am -2pm. We offer women only semi-private pilates/yoga training for beginners on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7-8pm on Mondays & Wednesdays, for Intermediates Pilates/Yoga it is offered at 6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. On Tuesdays we offer women only semi-private Strength Training/BodySculpting class at 7pm-8pm. On Saturdays, we encourage drop-ins from 10am-2pm. We offer free Zumba at 9:30am at SMASH, free Pilates/Yoga at 10:30am and a real food Nutrition workshop at 11am. We believe a healthy community is a happy community and work to improve the community one family at a time. We offer monthly charity Vegas Stiletto Fitness events that are by donation only, in which all the proceeds get delivered to organizations such as the Seton Home, Battered Woman's Shelter, and we are always seeking other organizations to assist with our resources. We believe we are only blessed to be a blessing to others.
