<p>Anthony Louis Center in Blaine was established in 1982 by its Board of Directors, On-Belay of Minnesota, a group of health professionals &amp; concerned persons dedicated to the care &amp; treatment of adolescents with alcohol &amp; drug abuse problems. The program was opened in response to the need in the northern suburbs to address the adolescent drug problem. It is the mission of Anthony Louis Center - On-Belay House to help our young people develop the skills to cope with the stresses of adolescence &amp; the motivation to change.
