Dr. Tyler Rottinghaus D.C., chose a career in chiropractic after his wife April experienced seizure like episodes following a whiplash accident. After numerous tests and failed attempts to prevent future episodes, April turned to a chiropractor who was able to successfully stop her episodes. She has been episode free ever since. Dr. Tyler was named valedictorian of his graduating class at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas. Prior to earning his doctorate, Dr. Tyler attained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University. Dr. Tyler is interested in the idea of full body wellness. His goal is to empower his patients to take control of their lives by educating them about the importance of proper nutrition and physical activity used in conjunction with regular chiropractic care. Dr. Tyler has been trained in Thompson Technique, Cox Flexion Distraction, Activator Technique, Graston Technique, Kinesio-Taping, and puts an emphasis on soft tissue therapy and sport related chiropractic. Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Tyler enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending quality time with his wife and two dogs. Dr. Tyler enjoys participating and watching sports as well as being outdoors with his wife and two dogs.
