The Apothecarium - Medical Cannabis Dispensary

Nevada maintains reciprocity for medical marijuana patients. This means that out of state medical marijuana patients are eligible to purchase medical marijuana within the legal statutes set forth by NRS 453A (2.5 ounces every two weeks). We are happy to provide you the relief you need while you are visiting in a comfortable, well appointed setting. If you are an Out of State patient, please ensure your eligibility and bring the following to your consultation: Your valid, non-expired Non-Resident Medical Card/Doctor's Recommendation A valid, non-expired license or approved form of identification (Passport, ie.) Your home state/jurisdiction must exempt users from prosecution for the use of medical marijuana Your home state/jurisdiction must require users to see a doctor prior to issuing the card. You must sign an affidavit that you are a medical marijuana patient in your home sate/jurisdiction Do you qualify for the Nevada Medical Marijuana Program?
