<span>Mr. Grover’s practice focuses on the representation of both private and public sector employers in all forms of labor, employment and civil rights matters. Mr. Grover has trial experience in both state and federal courts and has successfully defended claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, and other statutory and common law claims, including wrongful termination, workers compensation retaliation and various tort claims. Mr. Grover also has significant experience defending governmental entities and public officials from civil rights claims, whistleblower claims, and other causes of action unique to the public sector.</span><br /><br /><strong><span class='BlueText'>Education and Honors</span></strong><br /><span>Mr. Grover received his B.A. from Southwest Texas State University in 1987, and received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Grover was a member of the South Texas Law Review, recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award and was on the Dean’s List.</span><br /><br /><strong><span class='BlueText'>Affiliations<br /></span></strong><span>Mr. Grover is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Texas, and is also a member of the Texas Council of School Attorneys.</span>
