After obtaining my BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I received a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from the prestigious Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where I graduated Magnum Cum Laude.
In 2006 I founded The Phelps Institute. A clinical training center for dentists to learn the surgical art of placing dental implants. I have given lecture all over the US, Canada, the UK and Australia and continues to have dentists seek his mentorship and trainings.
