Created during a time when a disproportionate of skating rinks in the Newark, NJ area started closing, Skilzskater.com was providing quality education, cute edge products, and passionate service that instilled in the customer that their choices in skate gear matter! Founded by Kurby Brown, a former chemist and seasoned “Skilled Skater” who is considered to have contributed much to this skate game!
