<span>Barry Zlotogura received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan in 1978. He received a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1987. Mr. Zlotogura was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1987, U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma in 1987 and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma in 1991. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma City Claims Association, Oklahoma Claims Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Jim Thorpe Association. </span>
