Hemisphere Hypnotherapy™ is a private practice established in 2010 by hypnotherapist and integrative life coach, Carla Chalah. This Sudbury, MA, practice is dedicated towards working with a broad spectrum of clients in-person in Sudbury, as well as online with clients around the world. Areas of expertise include: weight loss and stress/anxiety management. Carla also has extensive experience in pain management – including a specialty in cancer treatment related side effects and a specific certifcation in rewiring the brain for stroke survivors. She is also a certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, an IACT Certified Integrative Life Coach, an NLP and EFT Master and Reiki Master practitioner. She is also currently pursuing her HeartMath Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Emotional Regulation.
