In 2003, owner Holly Fuzzell started cleaning houses as an individual cleaner in the Johnson county area. She quickly gained a reputation as an honest, reliable and excellent house cleaner. Nearly all new customers came on board as referrals from existing clients, and that is still true today!Continued growth caused a need to add additional help, and in 2010 Gwyn Dehn was brought on board as the first employee. Gwyn still works a part time cleaning schedule along with the role as office manager.Working as a sole proprietor for several years, a need rose to take the business to a new level. In 2017 Gleam Team LLC was born and quickly moved from a business ran out of a garage, to the current office space in Olathe, Ks.
