Josh McInerney is a partner in our Labor and Employment Practice with extensive experience representing both public and private sector labor organizations in federal district and appellate courts, and state courts. He has represented labor organizations and their members in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and before federal and state agencies, including the NLRB, NMB, NTSB, EEOC and various public employee relations boards.
