Our core team includes home-visiting physicians, skilled hospice nurses, clinical social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, specially-trained volunteers, and grief counselors. We also offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietary consultation, and complementary therapies such as pet, massage, and music therapy.</p><p><br></p><p>A hospice consultation to discuss the philosophy, criteria, and services of Americare Hospice &amp; Palliative Care is done to inform the patient and caregivers and see if hospice is right for them.
