Charges Dropped Against Edward Merritt In Moxham Murder

Big Win For Attorney Beth Tibbott & Her Client

Ebensburg criminal defense attorney Beth Tibbott is celebrating a big victory with her client Edward Merritt. Edward, age 32 at the time, was charged with the shooting death of 21 year old Zachary Andrews in the Moxham section of Johnstown PA. Merritt and another man were also accused of shooting and injuring another man, Carlos Laguer, prior to fleeing in a Mitsubishi. Merriitt was facing charges for criminal homicide, aggravated assault and burglary.
